- PTO membership meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month in the Indian Head library, unless otherwise notified.
- Teacher requests must be submitted to the PTO mailbox 7 days prior to the schedule PTO membership meeting. Requests received after that will be put on the ballot of the next meeting.
- Order forms & essential information must be submitted with request form. Costs must be current and include shipping & handling, if applicable.
- Principal signature is required.
- Request forms are available in the front office.
